The Interactive Hub is a wooden structure placed along the boardwalk, it uses as a shelter for birdwatching, exhibition, and educational hub.

The Hub allowed people to pause and experience the unique coastal habitat of Cromarty Firth, also use as an educational hub for people to understand the importance of intertidal habitat, also the human and more than human connection. These hubs can hold events for the local community for showcasing the history and natural habitat of Cromarty Firth.

The hub is made from larch timber from the local commercial forestry, elevated from the ground to prevent erosion from water. Using a steel structure frame for structural support, to minimize the impact to the ground, using screw piles as the foundation of the hub.
